A Sasol participou no dia 14 de Julho do “Generation Ready”, um evento que reuniu empresas do Sector Privado, Governo de Moçambique, Instituições de Ensino e jovens moçambicanos com a finalidade de discutir sobre estratégias sustentáveis para adaptar os jovens recém-formados à realidade do mercado de trabalho, organizada pela Getenergy Field Ready.
A Sasol, participou do painel onde partilhou a experiência no desenvolvimento do capital humano e na promoção do emprego local através de acções alicerçadas sua Estratégia de Responsabilidade Social e Corporativa , como por exemplo:
- Construção do Centro de Formação Profissional de Inhassoro
- Financiamento da Unidade Móvel Mista de Electricidade e Canalização
- Bolsas de Engenharia em Universidades Nacionais e Estrangeiras
- Grupos de Trabalho Conjunto para Emprego
Em Moçambique, o Field Ready é operado em parceria com o Instituto Industrial e Comercial da Matola e o Instituto Industrial e Comercial de Nampula. O programa tem o apoio da Secretaria de Estado do Técnico Profissional e da Autoridade Nacional de Educação Profissional.

Sasol Sponsors “Generation Ready”
Last Friday (14 July 2023), Sasol participated in the “Generation Ready” event that brings together companies from the Private Sector, the Government of Mozambique, Educational Institutions, and young Mozambicans to find sustainable strategies to adapt newly graduated youth to the realities of the labour market, organised by Getenergy Field Ready
Sasol participated in a panel discussion on the development of human capital and the promotion of local employment, where we shared the experience through actions based on our Corporate and Social Responsibility Strategy such as:
- Construction of the Inhassoro Training Centre
- Donation of the Mobile Training Unit for Electricity and Plumbing
- Scholarships for engineering courses in Mozambique and abroad
- Joint Employment Task Forces
In Mozambique, Field Ready is operated in partnership with the Industrial and Commercial Institute of Matola and the Industrial and Commercial Institute of Nampula. The programme has the support of the State Secretariat for Technical and Vocational Education and the National Authority for Professional Education.
